I’m a writer, filmmaker, and photographer across multiple mediums. Originally from South Florida, I earned my B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University, where I studied engineering, film, creative writing, and communication. I was also on the swim team in college and competed at the USA Olympic Trials in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.
My recent work includes writing and producing the feature film MARGAUX for Paramount Pictures, and directing and producing the award-winning documentary on the war in Ukraine, WHEN WE DANCE.
Outside of my creative work, I’ve coached swimming for over a decade, training everyone from children to collegiate athletes and adults. When I’m not working or at the pool, you can usually find me at the beach, cooking, reading anything I can get my hands on (even the occasional textbook), or watching films by the great directors.
I love telling stories that explore our shared humanity and the quiet moments that shape who we are.
